The run-down, seemingly abandoned old bank at 190 Bowery is actually a six-story apartment! This is the master bath; NYMag has an amazing slideshow of the rest of the pics. It’s been inhabited by the same guy and his family for 42 years.Holy shit.
This is amazing. Makes you wonder what’s behind the rest of New York’s seemingly abandoned buildings. And makes you wish you had the incredible foresight this dude does.
